Q: What if I develop a condition that makes personal care difficult to accomplish on my own?
A: We pride ourselves on working with residents and families to meet and anticipate increased care needs. Willows residents can request up to one hour of personal care per day in their independent apartments for assistance with activities such as bathing or dressing. Care is billed a la carte in quarter-hour increments, so if you only need 15 minutes of help, that is all you pay for.

Q: How soon can I move in?
A: Apartments become available from time to time, which typically get reserved right away by members of our Priority Club, who receive first choice. Much more than a waiting list, the Priority Club allows members to specify their apartment preferences and receive notification as soon as their choice becomes available. Even before moving in, Priority Club members can take advantage of a variety of benefits and services, and get a taste of the vibrant lifestyle you’ll enjoy here at The Willows!
